AXA Mansard Insurance has announced the appointment of three non-executive directors in the company. Naija News reports that the company which offers non-banking financial services on health, life, motor, travel, health insurance and investment, appointed two new non-executive directors and an independent non-executive director. The company disclosed the new development in a statement issued on Tuesday by the Company’s Secretary, Omowunmi Adewusi. The two non-executive directors are Mr Thomas Hude and Ms Latifa Said, while Ms Abiola Bada was appointed independent non-executive director.
